      Title: Celery Mary

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      1    Lemon
           Celery salt
      3    Cherry tomatoes
    1/2 tb Diced fresh green pepper
    1/2 tb Diced fresh yellow pepper
  1 1/2 oz Aquavit or vodka
        ds Trappeys' hot pepper sauce
           - Celery soda (such as Dr.
           - Brown's Cel-Ray Soda)
           - ginger ale w/a pinch of
           - crushed celery seeds
           Celery
 
  Juice 1 tablespoon of juice from the lemon; set aside
  juice. Use the juiced lemon to rub the rim of a tall
  glass; dip rim into a shallow dish of celery salt. Fill
  the glass with ice.
  
  In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, use a muddling tool
  or end of a wooden spoon to crush and stir cherry
  tomatoes, green and yellow peppers, hot pepper sauce, and
  reserved lemon juice. Add aquavit and ice; shake well.
  Strain into prepared glass and top with celery soda.
  Garnish with a thin slice of celery stalk.
  
  Makes 1 cocktail.
