      2 lb Strong cheese
      1 lb Butter
      2 sm Onions
      1    Wine glass of tomato
           - ketchup
        pn Red pepper flakes
        pn Parsley flakes
 
  Grate first 3 ingredients together.
  
  Add Ketchup, red pepper flakes, and parsley flakes.

  given to my husband Lawrence Smith by Honorable L. B.
  Lyon, doorkeeper of House of Representatives in
  Washington. Served at the white house on sandwiches or
