      Title: Feast Of St. Aloysius Minestrone Soup
 Categories: Beef, Beans, Vegetables, Grains, Pasta
      Yield: 10 Servings
 
  1 1/2 lb Ground beef; pre-cooked
     15 oz Can kidney beans
     15 oz Can black beans
     15 oz Can garbanzo beans
     15 oz Can pinto beans
 14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes
 14 1/2 oz Can stewed tomatoes
    1/4 c  Dry lentils
      2 cl Pressed garlic
      1 lg Onion; diced
      2 tb Italian seasoning
      8 c  Beef broth
    1/4 c  Barley
      1 c  Celery; diced
      1 c  Carrots; diced
      8 oz Small pasta shells
 
  Combine everything but pasta. Simmer on stove for 1
  hour. Add Pasta and continue simmering till cooked. Top
  with grated cheese and croûtons.
  
  Serves 10+
