Subj : BH&G 3071 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Sun Jun 20 2021 11:44:52 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Raw Chocolate Tart w/Cashew Coffee Crust Categories: Chocolate, Nuts, Pastry Yield: 10 Servings 1 c Cacao or raw cacao powder 1 c Full fat or light coconut - milk 1 1/2 c Raw cashews; soaked for 1 - 2 Hours 1/4 c Raw honey +=OR=+ 3 tb Maple syrup 1 ts Vanilla 1/2 ts Sea salt MMMMM--------------------CASHEW COFFEE CRUST------------------------- 1 1/2 c Raw cashews 1 tb Fine ground coffee 2 ts Cocoa or cacao powder 1/4 ts Sea salt 2 tb Coconut oil 1/2 tb Maple syrup Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until it is finely ground and starts to form a ball. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a tart pan or if you don't have a tart pan. Fill as instructed below. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until completely smooth. This could take a few minutes, set aside when done. Pour the filling into the crust and chill for one hour. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
