      Title: Vincent's Ruin

      Yield: 1 Servings
 
      1 oz Bulleit 95 Rye Whiskey
    1/4 oz Elderflower liqueur
    3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
    1/4 oz Simple syrup
      1 ds Orange bitters
           Absinthe
 
  Rinse a rocks glass with absinthe and discard excess
  liquid.
  
  Add ice.
  
  In an ice filled shaker combine all the ingredients.
  
  Shake vigorously.
  
  Strain into the ice-filled rocks glass.
  
  Garnish with a lemon peel.
