Subj : BH&G 3062 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Sat Jun 19 2021 06:40:00 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: One Pot Savory Turkey Meatballs Categories: Meatballs, Sauces, Poultry, Vegetables, Cheese Yield: 12 Servings 26 oz Jar Prego Traditional - Italian Sauce 1 lb Ground turkey 1/2 c Ricotta 1/2 Onion; diced 1/2 c Bread crumbs 1/4 c Fresh chopped basil 1 lg Egg 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper MMMMM--------------------------GARNISH------------------------------- 1/4 c Fresh grated parmesan 1/4 c Fresh chopped basil Set oven @ 375ºF/190ºC. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Divide ground turkey mixture into about 12 uniform meatballs. Heat pot over medium-heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add meatballs and brown on all sides. Cover with Prego Traditional Italian Sauce. Bake for 30-45 minutes, until done and have reached a temperature of 165. Garnish with grated parmesan and basil. NOTES: Don't have breadcrumbs? No problem! Toast 3 slices of bread & cool completely, then blend on high speed until pulverized into crumbs!
