MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Adelaide's Cocoons
 Categories: Snacks, Nuts, Cookies
      Yield: 36 Servings
 
    1/2 lb Butter; room temp
      2 c  Sifted flour
      1 c  Chopped pecans
    3/4 c  Confectioners' sugar
      1 tb Water
      1 ts Vanilla extract
      1 ts Almond extract
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Cream butter and 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar.
  
  Add vanilla, almond extract, and water.
  
  Blend in flour.
  
  Add chopped pecans.
  
  Form into small finger rolls by rolling in flour.
  
  Bake for 20 minutes. These will not brown like a
  typical cookie.
  
  While hot, roll in remaining confectioner's sugar.
  
  Yields 3 dozen
