MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Marina's Brussels Sprouts
 Categories: Five, Vegetables, Pork, Cheese
      Yield: 3 servings
 
      4 c  Brussels sprouts; trimmed,
           - halved lengthwise
           Cracked black pepper & salt
           Fresh grated Parmesan
           - cheese
    3/4 c  Chopped fresh pancetta
           Olive oil
 
  A skillet that goes from the top of the stove to
  inside the oven
  
  Blanch the brussel sprouts.
  
  Saute diced pancetta in cast iron until crispy.
  
  Add Brussels sprouts until you get some color and
  they are heated through.
  
  Take off heat and mix in the parmesan
  
  Season with salt and pepper to taste
