           - mango, peach or strawberry
           - sorbet
           Chilled champagne

           Carbonated fruit juice
 
  Place two scoops of melon-ball-sized scoops of mango,
  peach, and/or strawberry sorbet in the bottom of a cordial
  or shot glass. Fill glass with chilled champagne or
  carbonated fruit juice.
