MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: St. Barnabas Hamburger Stroganoff
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Mushrooms, Dairy
      Yield: 5 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Minced onion
    1/4 c  Butter
      1 lb Hamburger
      2 tb Flour
      2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Pepper
      8 oz Can sliced mushrooms
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup
      1 c  Sour cream
           Noodles or rice (optional)
 
  Brown hamburger and minced onion in butter. Sprinkle
  flour, salt and pepper over meat. Add mushrooms and
  soup. Cook for 10 minutes. Fold in sour cream - do not
  boil. Recipe Note:
  
  Serves 4 - 6 persons.
  
  Suggest serving over noodles or rice.
