      Title: St. Barnabas Easy Zesty Pork Chops
 Categories: Pork, Herbs
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    1/3 c  Brown sugar
      1 ts Salt
      1 ts Paprika
      1 ts Dry mustard
    1/8 ts Pepper
      1 tb Water
      4    Pork chops (no need to
           - brown)
 
  Combine all ingredients and spoon over pork chops. Bake
  uncovered @ 300ºF/150ºC for 60-90 minutes, basting
  often. Do not overbake.
