MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: St. Barnabas Cranberry Turkey Salad
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Fruits, Nuts, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      3 c  Chopped, cooked turkey
    1/2 c  Dried cranberries
    1/2 c  Sliced pecans or almonds
  1 1/2 c  Chopped celery
      3 tb Mayonnaise
 
  Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  
  Let sit in ice box for at least an hour to let flavours
  blend. Serve as sandwiches on bread or as a side dish on
  a lettuce leaf.
