      Title: Southwest Soup
 Categories: Poultry, Beans, Vegetables, Herbs
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      3 c  Chicken broth
      8 oz Chopped cooked chicken
    1/4 c  Corn
    1/4 c  Black beans
    1/4 c  Shredded carrot
    1/4 c  Quartered grape tomatoes
    1/2 ts Ground cumin
           Salt & pepper
 
  In a large saucepan combine broth, cooked chicken,
  vegetables and cumin. Season with salt and pepper to
  taste. Cook, over medium heat, for 5 minutes or until
  simmering. Serve with whole-grain bread.
