      Title: Asian-Style Meatball Pizza
 Categories: Breads, Meatballs, Sauces, Cheese, Chilies
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
     12    Inch Italian bread shell;
           - such as Boboli brand
    1/3 c  Hoisin sauce
      1 tb Rice vinegar
    1/2 ts Crushed red pepper
  1 1/2 c  Shredded smoked Gouda
           - cheese
      7 oz (1/2 pkg) cooked meatballs;
           - thawed, halved
      1 sm Red bell pepper; seeded, in
           - bite-size strips
    1/4 c  Sliced green onions
 
  Set oven @ 425ºF/218ºC.
  
  Place bread shell on a baking sheet. In a small bowl
  combine hoisin sauce, vinegar, and, if desired, crushed
  red pepper. Spread hoisin sauce mixture over bread shell;
  sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese. Top with meatballs,
  sweet pepper, and green onions. Sprinkle with the
  remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  
  Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until pizza is heated through
  and cheese is melted.
