Subj : St. Kevin 06 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Wed Jun 02 2021 14:34:00 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Kevin's Chicken & Bean Burritos Categories: Latino, Poultry, Latino Yield: 6 Servings 2 c Shredded Cooked Chicken 15 oz Can pinto beanse; drained, - rinsed 10 3/4 oz Can Cream of Chicken soup 1 1/2 c Pace Picante Sauce 1 tb Ground Chile 1 ts Ground Cumin 12 (7") flour tortillas; - warmed 2 c Shredded Cheddar, Monterey - Jack or a mixture 1/2 c Sliced green onions; w/tops Combine chicken, beans, soup, 1/2 cup of the Picante sauce, onion, chile, and cumin; mix well. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the mixture down the center of each tortilla; roll up, and place seam side down in a lightly greased 13 X 9 inch baking dish. Spread with remaining 1 cup picante sauce.
