MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Belgian Waffles w/Nectarines, Berries & Cream
 Categories: Breads, Fruits, Dairy
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Blackberries; thawed
      2 md Nectarines; pitted, thin
           - sliced
      6 tb Sugar
      2 tb Fresh lemon juice
      8    Frozen waffles
    1/2 c  Heavy cream; whipped
 
  Place blackberries in medium-size bowl; mash lightly with
  a fork. Add nectarines, sugar and lemon juice; toss
  together until well combined. Cover with plastic wrap; set
  aside for 10 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  
  Toast waffles until crisp.
  
  To serve, place 2 waffles on each dessert plate. Spoon on
  one-quarter of the fruit mixture. Top each with dollop of
  whipped cream.
