      Title: Justin's Peanut Butter Cookies
 Categories: Five, Cookies, Snacks, Nuts
      Yield: 12 Servings
 
      1 c  Peanut butter
      1 c  Light brown sugar
      1 lg Egg
 
  Set the oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, sugar, and egg
  with an electric mixer.
  
  Roll the dough into 2" balls and place onto two greased
  baking sheets, and then press slightly to flatten.
  
  Bake until the edges are golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
