      Title: Madeleine's Belgian Pancakes
 Categories: Five, Breads, Dairy
      Yield: 20 Servings
 
  3 1/2 c  Flour
      4 lg Eggs
      2 c  Milk
    3/4 c  Butter; melted
      2 c  Club soda or sparkling
           - water
      1 ts Salt
 
  Stir milk and eggs together.
  
  Add to flour stirring all the while.
  
  Add melted butter then soda and salt.
  
  Prepare a hot griddle or skillet with a little bit of
  butter.
  
  Pour about 1/3 cup of batter, and swirl it to form a
  circle (like a crepe).
  
  Turn when bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake.
