      Title: Jackson Salad

      Yield: 1 servings
 
           Romaine or iceberg lettuce
           Bleu cheese
           Jarred artichoke hearts
           Crumbled bacon

MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
      1 sm Onion
      1 c  Marinated artichoke heart
           - liquid
      2 tb Brown mustard
      3 tb Mayonnaise
           Garlic salt & black pepper
 
  Put into your blender and whizz until blended and
  smooth.
  
  Arreange salad ingredients on a plate or in a shallow
  bowl. Top with dressing. Serve.
