     30 ml Gin
     30 ml Martini Extra Dry vermouth
     30 ml St. George Spiced Pear
           - liqueur
     15 ml Fresh lemon juice
  7 1/2 ml Cucumber sugar syrup
 
  Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain over
  ice into an old-fashioned glass.
  
  Garnis with mint sprigs.
