MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Chicken Salad w/Rhubarb
 Categories: Poultry, Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Salads
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
      1 ts Dijon-style mustard
    1/4 ts Salt
     12 oz Cooked chopped chicken
      1 c  Thin sliced fresh rhubarb
    1/3 c  Thin sliced celery
      1 tb Snipped fresh tarragon
      2 tb Slivered almonds; toasted
      4    Butter lettuce leaves; opt
           - Sliced white bread
 
  In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, and salt.
  Add chicken, rhubarb, celery, and tarragon. Toss to coat.
  Cover; chill 1 to 4 hours. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve
  with lettuce and bread slices.
