      3 c  Cubed watermelon
      6 oz Fresh mozzarella; in 3/4"
           Pieces
    1/2 c  Snipped fresh basil
      2 tb Balsamic vinegar
           - Ground black pepper
 
  Arrange watermelon, cheese, and basil on a serving
  platter. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with
