Subj : BH&G 2775 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Fri May 21 2021 13:49:00 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Parmesan Baked Fish Categories: Five, Cheese, Vegetables, Sauces Yield: 4 Servings 4 (4 oz ea) skinless salmon or - other firm fish filets; 1" - thick 1/4 c Mayonnaise 2 tb Grated Parmesan cheese 1 tb Snipped fresh chives or - sliced green onion 1 ts Worcestershire sauce Thaw fish, if frozen. Set oven @ 450ºF/232ºC. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Set aside. In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, chives, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread mayonnaise mixture over fish. Place in greased 2-quart square or rectangular baking dish. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 4 servings.
