      Title: Eric's Chilli

      Yield: 5 Servings
 
      2 lb Ground beef
    1/2 md Onion; diced
           Salt & Pepper
      5 tb Chilli spice mix
      2 tb Ground cumin
      1 tb Garlic powder
     28 oz Can Chilli Hot Beans
     15 oz Can Red kidney beans
      1    Env Chilli Seasonings
     28 oz (2 cans) Tomato Sauce
 
  Brown beef and onions with 2 tbsp chilli spice, cumin
  and garlic powder then drain. Combine remaining
  ingredients and let simmer 1 hour.
  
  SERVINGS: 4-6
