      Title: Hugh's Yorkshire Puddings
 Categories: Five, Puddings, Dairy
      Yield: 9 Servings
 
      1 c  Milk
    1/2 c  All-purpose flour
        pn Salt
      3 lg Eggs
    1/4 c  Oil
 
  Oven @ 450ºF/232ºC.
  
  Mix the batter ingredients tegether let rest 10 minute.
  
  Heat a Yorshire pudding tray or muffin tin with 1/2" oil
  in each section. After about 10 min divide batter into
  tray. Cook for about 15-20 mn until crisp and puffy.
  
  Servings: 8-10
