      Title: Johann Lafer's Summer Sorbet

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    400 g  Thawed, frozen blackberries;
           - well drained
    200 ml Buttermilk
    1/2    Orange; juiced
      2 tb Honey
 
  For 4 servings: Finely chop thawed, well-drained, frozen
  blackberries with a knife. Puree with buttermilk, juice
  of 1/2 orange and honey.
  
  Pour into a pre-cooled bowl, freeze for about 45
  minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork.
