      Title: Julian's Roast Dates w/Ham
 Categories: Five, Pork, Fruits
      Yield: 10 Servings
 
     10 sm Pitted California dates
      5 sl (thin0 Serrano ham; halved
           - lengthwise
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC
  
  Arrange the dates in a pie plate and bake for about 10
  minutes, or until heated through. Wrap the ham around
  the dates and secure with a toothpick. Serve warm or at
  room temperature
