      Title: Betty Julian's Crab Cakes Or Deviled Crabs
 Categories: Seafood, Sauces, Vegetables
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      2 c  Cooked crab
      6 ts Worcestershire sauce
      6 ts Mayonnaise
      6 ts Ketchup
      6 ts Mustard; to taste
    1/4 c  Self-rising flour
      2 lg Eggs
      1 lg Fine chopped onion
 
  Form into patties or crab shells. Fry patties until
  lightly brown on each side (1 1/2 minutes approximately)
  or bake crab shells 15 minutes (350ºF/175ºC).
