      Title: Irene's Chicken Divan
 Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Soups, Cheese
      Yield: 7 Servings
 
  2 1/2 c  Cooked chopped broccoli
      2 c  Shredded, cooked chicken
           - meat
      9 oz (2 cans) mushrooms; drained
      8 oz Can water chestnuts;
           Drained
 21 1/2 oz (2 cans) cream of chicken or
           Mushroom soup
      1 c  Mayonnaise
      1 ts Lemon juice
    1/4 ts Curry powder
      1 tb Melted butter
    1/2 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Grease a 3 quart casserole dish.
  
  Arrange cooked broccoli in prepared baking dish. Arrange
  chicken over broccoli. Add mushrooms and water chestnuts
  
  In a medium bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, lemon
  juice, curry powder, and melted butter. Mix together and
  pour sauce mixture over chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle
  cheese on top and bake in the preheated oven until the
  casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown, 30
  to 45 minutes.
  
  Makes 6 - 8 servings
