      Title: Irene's Red Potatoes
 Categories: Five, Potatoes
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      3 lb Red potatoes
      1 tb Garlic salt
      2 tb Parsley flakes
      1 c  Butter
 
  Clean and slice or chunk potatoes.
  
  Add seasonings.
  
  Cut butter over top of potatoe.
  
  When ready to bake; add 1 1/2" water.
  
  Cover with tin foil.
  
  Bake for 1 hour.
