MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Ruby Cocktail
 Categories: Five, Citrus, Booze, Beverages
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
      1    Ruby red grapefruit
      1 tb Coarse red and/or white
           - sugar
      2 c  Fresh ruby red grapfruit
           - juice; chilled
      1 c  Tangerine flavored vodka;
           - chilled
    750 ml Bottle pink Prosecco;
           - chilled
 
  Rub the rims of 8 champagne glasses with the citrus wedge.
  Place sugar on a small plate. Dip the rims of the glasses
  in the sugar to coat. Set aside to dry.
  
  In a large pitcher, combine the juice and vodka. Slowly
  stir in the Prosecco. Serve in prepared glasses.
