      Title: Florian's Florentine Sauce
 Categories: Five, Dairy, Greens, Herbs
      Yield: 2 Servings
 
      1 c  Cream
      3 tb Butter
      3 cl Garlic; minced
      1 ts Poultry seasoning
      1 lg (generous) handful spinach
           Salt & pepper
 
  First melt butter in a small sauce pan. Add minced
  garlic and fry on medium heat for around 2 minutes.
  
  Mix in the cream, poultry seasoning, spinach and finally
  season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes more.
  
  Serve over your favorite pasta for easy 15 minute meals
  in no time or enjoy plain with some french bread.
