MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Grilled Georgia Peaches
 Categories: Five, Fruits, I scream
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      3 lg Peaches; halved, pitted
      3 tb Unsalted butter; melted
      3 tb Dark-brown sugar; packed
    1/8 ts Ground cinnamon
           Vanilla ice cream; optional
 
  Heat grill to medium-high heat. Brush cut sides of
  peaches with a little melted butter.
  
  In a small bowl, blend remaining butter, sugar and
  cinnamon. Grill peaches, cut-side down 3 minutes.
  
  Flip over, carefully brush with butter mix. Grill 2
  min or until butter is bubbly.
  
  Delicious with grilled ribs or chicken.
