      Title: Shrimp Louis
 Categories: Green, Salads, Seafood
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1 lb Shrimp; peeled, deveined

MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
      1 c  Mayonnaise
      2 tb Onion; minced
    1/4 c  Chilli sauce
      2 tb Parsley; minced
    1/2 c  Heavy cream; whipped
           Lettuce
 
  Dressing: Mix mayo, onion, chilli sauce and parsley.
  Let stand to mellow, 1 hr. Fold in whipped cream.
  
  Place shrimp on a bed of greens and dress.
