  3 1/2 oz Box instant vanilla pudding
           - mix
      8 oz Frozen whipped topping;
           - thawed
      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
      1 c  Confectioners' sugar
      1 c  Whole milk
 
  In a medium bowl, mix together the vanilla pudding mix,
  frozen whipped topping, cream cheese, confectioner's
  sugar and milk. Serve chilled.
