      Title: Baked Zita
 Categories: Pasta, Cheese, Sauces
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
     16 oz (dry) Zita pasta; cooked
      1 lb Grated Mozzarella cheese
      1 lg Jar spaghetti sauce
      1 lb Ricotta cheese
           +=MIXED WITH=+
      2 lg Eggs
           Parmesan cheese
 
  In 9" x 13" pan layer sauce in bottom of pan, 1/2 of
  zita, 1/2 Ricotta cheese mixture (spread evenly),
  Mozzarella cheese (not quite half), more sauce, rest of
  the zita, rest of Ricotta cheese mixture, Mozzarella
  cheese (save some for top), sauce. Sprinkle Mozzarella
  on top and Parmesan. Bake @ 350ºF/175ºC for 45 minutes.
