      Title: Daphne's Garlic Scape Vinaigrette
 Categories: Five, Vegetables, Sauces
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      1 oz Garlic scapes
    1/4 c  Olive oil
    1/4 c  Vinegar
      1 tb (generous) honey
      1 tb Dijon nustard
    1/4 ts Salt
           Pepper
 
  Put all ingredients into food processor and whiz until
  smooth.
  
  TIP - turn this into a dip by adding 2 tablespoons of
  mayonnaise or Greek yogurt!
