MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Uncle Egbert's Breakfast Burrito
 Categories: Breads, Pork, Cheese, Dairy, Beans
      Yield: 4 servings
 
    1/2 lb Bacon
      5 lg Eggs
     16 oz Can refried beans
      1 md Tomatol diced
      1 c  Shredded cheddar cheese
      4    (10") flour tortillas
           Salsa
           Sour cream
 
  Fry the bacon until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.
  
  Pan scramble the eggs (no water or milk needed).
  
  Heat the refried beans and warm up the tortillas.
  
  Spread the beans on the tortilla, then cover with one
  quarter of the bacon, eggs, tomato and cheese. Roll
  tortillas into burritos, top with sour cream and salsa.
  
  Serves four.
