      Title: Giles' Chicken Salad
 Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Nuts, Rice
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1 ts Lemon juice
           +=MIXED WITH=+
    3/4 c  Mayonnaise
      4 c  Cooked, cooled rice
      2 c  Diced chicken
      1 c  Diced celery
    1/2 c  Sliced olives
    1/4 c  Sliced almonds
      2 ts Sliced green onions
        ds Pepper
 
  I like to add some salad supreme seasoning also.
  
  Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  
  Serve on bread (sandwiches) or as "stuffing" for a
  cantaloupe or honeydew melon.
