Subj : BH&G 2452 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Mon Apr 19 2021 17:01:18 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Spinach-Parmesan Dip Categories: Greens, Dips, Cheese, Herbs, Chilies Yield: 16 Servings Cooking spray 20 oz (2 boxes) chopped spinach; - thawed 14 oz Can quartered artichoke - hearts; drained, coarse - chopped 1 c Chopped onion 1 tb Dijon-style mustard 4 cl Garlic; minced 1/2 ts Dried oregano; crushed 1/2 ts Cayenne pepper 1/2 c Mayonnaise or salad - dressing 1/2 c Sour cream 1/4 c Shredded Parmesan cheese 1/4 c Shredded Italian cheese - blend 1 tb Lemon juice Coat a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray; set aside. Squeeze spinach dry, reserving 1/3 cup spinach liquid. In prepared cooker combine spinach, the 1/3 cup liquid, artichokes, onion, mustard, garlic, oregano, and pepper. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or on high-heat setting for 1 1/2 hours. Turn off cooker; stir in mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian cheese blend, and lemon juice.
