      Title: Gianna's Savory Chicken Sandwiches
 Categories: Poultry, Breads, Vegetables, Sauces
      Yield: 6 servings
 
     10 oz Can white chicken
      6    Baby carrots; diced
      1    Rib celery; diced
      1 cl Garlic; minced
    1/3 c  Italian mild giardiniera;
           Drained, chopped
      2 tb Diced white onion
    1/4 c  Mayonnaise
           Salt & ground black pepper
     12 sl Bread
      6    Lettuce leaves
 
  Drain the chicken and place it in a large bowl. Add the
  carrots, celery, garlic, Giardiniera, onion, and
  mayonnaise. Combine well. Salt and pepper to taste.
  
  Cover 1 slice of bread with 1/2 cup of the chicken
  salad. Add one lettuce leaf and another slice of bread.
