MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Pedro's Special

      Yield: 4 Servings

      1 lb Ground chuck
      1 md Chopped onion
      1 cl Garlic; minced
      8 oz Can tomato sauce
           +=PLUS=+
    1/3 cn Water
     15 oz Can kidney beans
    1/4 ts Oregano
      2 tb Chilli spice mix
      1 oz Bag corn chips

  Set oven @ 350+|F/175+|C.

  Brown together in a little oil, meat, onion, and garlic.
  Drain excess fat off. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, and
  chili powder. Grease casserole dish. Line dish with corn
  chips. Alternate layers of meat mixture with beans and
  corn chips, ending with corn chips. You may add shredded
  cheese to your layering with cheese on top of last layer
  of corn chips. Bake, covered for 35 minutes. Uncover and
  bake additional 10 minutes.
