      Title: Leo's Roasted Red Potatoes
 Categories: Five, Potatoes, Cheese, Sauces
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
    1/2 c  Leo's Italian dressing
      4 md Red potatoes; unpeeled
    1/4 c  Grated Parmagiano-Romano
           - cheese
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Spray non-stick coating on 9" x 13" baking sheet.
  
  Slice potatoes 1/4" thick (do not peel).
  
  Place in one layer on baking sheet.
  
  Brush each slice with Leo's Italian.
  
  Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  
  Place in oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until brown
  on edges.
  
  Remove from oven and brush each baked potato slice
  with Leo's Italian.
