      Title: Coffee And Cookie Brownies
 Categories: Cookies, Desserts, Snacks, Chocolate, Booze
      Yield: 24 Servings
 
 16 1/2 oz Pkg refrigerated sugar
           - cookie dough
      2 lg Eggs; lightly beaten
 19 1/2 oz Pkg milk chocolate brownie
           - mix
    1/2 c  Vegetable oil
    1/3 c  Coffee liqueur
      1 c  Semisweet or bittersweet
           - chocolate pieces
 
  Set oven @ 350+|F/175+|C.
  
  Press sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a 13" x 9" x
  2" baking pan; set aside.
  
  In a large bowl combine eggs, brownie mix, oil, and
  liqueur until just combined. Spread batter over sugar
  cookie dough. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces.
  
  Bake for 40 minutes or until edges are set. Cool in pan on
  a wire rack. To serve, cut into bars.
  
  TO STORE: Cover pan and store in the refrigerator for up
  to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
