Subj : St. Victor 10 To : All From : Dave Drum Date : Sun Apr 11 2021 11:57:00 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Victor's Beef & Onions Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Wine, Herbs Yield: 6 Servings 1 1/2 lb Flank steak 4 lg Red onions 10 sl (to 15) ginger MMMMM--------------------------MARINADE------------------------------- 1 tb Soy sauce 1 tb Wine 1 ts Corn starch 1 tb Olive oil Sprinkle of baking soda MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE-------------------------------- 3 tb Oyster sauce 3 tb Water 1 tb Sesame oil 1 tb Sugar 1 ts Corn starch 20 Turns black pepper grinder Add marinade ingredients to beef and let sit at least 30 mins. Heat some oil in a pan. Add beef and stir fry until slightly browned (do cook fully). Remove beef from heat and set aside. Drain some of remaining oil, leaving enough for onions (if not enough, add some more oil). Add ginger and onions and stir fry a couple minutes. Add beef back. Add sauce.
