      2 oz London dry gin
      4 oz Unsweetened coconut water
      1 oz Lime juice, fresh squeezed
      3 ds Angostura bitters
           Lime wedge or peel; garnish
 
  Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake
  until well-chilled.
  
  Pour, unstrained, into a highball glass.
  
  Garnish with a lime wedge.
