      Title: Key Lime Cheesecake Dip
 Categories: Five, Appetisers, Cheese, Citrus, Dairy
      Yield: 12 Servings
 
     16 oz Cream cheese; softened
    1/4 c  White sugar
    1/4 c  Milk
      2 sm Limes; juiced
 
  Beat cream cheese and sugar together in a bowl until light
  and creamy; add milk and beat until smooth.
  
  Stir lime juice into cream cheese mixture. Cover bowl with
  plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1
  hour.
