      Title: Julie's Corn Casserole
 Categories: Vegetables, Cheese, Breads, Dairy
      Yield: 7 servings
 
     15 oz Can corn niblets; drained
     15 oz Can cream-style corn
      8 oz Box corn muffin mix
      1 c  Sour cream
    1/4 lb Butter; melted
      2 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
  1 1/2 c  Shredded Cheddar cheese; for
           - topping
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  In a large bowl, stir together both cans of corn, corn
  muffin mix, sour cream, 2 cups cheese, and melted
  butter.
  
  Pour into a greased 9" X 13" casserole dish. Bake for 45
  minutes, or until golden brown.
  
  Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese. Return
  to oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  
  Let stand for at least 5 minutes and then serve warm.
  
  Serves: 6 - 8
