      Title: Julie's Banana Bread
 Categories: Breads, Fruits, Nuts
      Yield: 1 servings
 
      1 c  Butter; room temperature
  1 1/2 c  Granulated sugar
  1 1/2 c  Mashed ripe bananas
      2 lg Eggs
      1 ts Vanilla
      1 ts Ground cinnamon
      2 c  A-P flour
    3/4 ts Salt
      1 ts Baking soda
    1/2 c  Buttermilk
      1 c  Chopped pecans
 
  Grease and flour loaf pan or line muffin tins.
  
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  Mix all ingredients and bake for 1 1/4 hour or until
  knife comes out of middle clean.
