Place cauliflower in food processor or blender and process until it reaches the consistency of mashed potato. In a bowl combine cauliflower, 1 cup cheese, the eggs (lightly beaten), garlic, onion powder, seasoning, salt, pepper until well mixed. Spread mix in a 1/2 inch layer on baking sheet, top with remaining cheese and drizzle with pesto sauce. Bake 20-25 mins ot until golden. Cut into peices like a pizza and server immediately.
